Used it in curry. Simple wash it under running water, cut it up in pieces and throw it in the pot. Tasted great. Worth getting it on offer.

Repeat purchase. Like the 220g package for small families. Decided to switch to mackerel instead of buying salmon as all salmon are farmed and due to different feed from wild salmon, do not have a good omega 3 to omega 6 ratio.\nAlthough this fish is filet, it comes with bones - not sharp and easy to remove during consumption. \nWould have give shipping 5 stars but they missed out more than $80 of order & have to put in another order at a higher price! Only received 4 products out of 10 products!

The stomach \"membrane\" is not removed properly. This would add bitterness to the fish.

This Saba fillet does not come with part of the head portion and is just the whole fillet! Great value and quality. Highly recommended.
