the meat looks good and portion is quite big too. however it came half defrost. I think the ice pack was not place well and so one side is still quite frozen whereas the other side defrost😣 once the juices comes out of the meat, it is not tasty anymore😣. not quite happy with it. that's also the reason why I hate to buy frozen foods online. this time is because it is grass fed and grass fed are not easily available.😑

Maybe I had high expectations, but the meat was hard.\n\nWhether baked or boiled, it was little bit hard.\n

bought 2 packs. one was packed on 27 Feb(fresh til 9 march) & the other was packed on 24 Feb (fresh til 6 march) !! The beef were delivered on 1 March. \n\nyou have to remove from packaging & drain the blood immediately as they are both soaked in blood. The beef will def spoil within a few days. I learnt that the hard way before - had to throw away the beef..

Isn't this supposed to be frozen? am i mistaken? other than that, the meat does look good & fresh.

Received in good condition and still frozen. The beef is fresh and good but there were a few pieces of tough tendons in each packet. Thanks to delivery guy for the prompt delivery and helping to remove items from the box for recycling. Happy with the delivery service and the delivery guy.
