The delivery service was horrible. First of all, the person arrived before the designated time period and there was no notification prior to that. I’ve also made a request that the person call when he/she arrives, especially because I wanted to make sure that I collect the delivery immediately so that the ice cream would not melt but he/she didn’t. All the stuff were just left on my door step with the ice cream exposed. I got home about 15 mins before they were scheduled to deliver the orders.

Items well received. Would prefer if delivery waited for us to open the door n pass box to us directly instead of just leaving it on the floor, press bell and leave. No help offered even when he saw me struggling to carry the box in. Service to be improved.
