Delivery within time slot. Items delivered are generally ok but sometimes the fresh produce such as leafy vegetables can be wilted. Items available when placing order can suddenly become unavailable and refund you cos suddenly no stock. Be prepared for missing items that you need.

Lazada red mart delivery is quite fast and efficient. It also have cold and frozen items unlike rival. But I hope price could be cheaper.

Product is good only problem lies with the delivery..came in an hr half earlier without informing..all frozen , ice cream & milk not even chill at all.Redmart really need to get this sort out

Items were placed in a plastic bag. The Yakult bottles weren’t chilled any more. The items were also muddy inside the plastic bag, which made me think if their food storage facility is kept clean and sanitary.
