After steaming, the skin wrap is a bit thick. The filling is alright with taste of glutinous rice and a bit of meat.

Its taste is not salty ~ has mushroom aroma. It must be served in warm condition; Otherwise the shao mai skin would be tough especially on the top part.

Very nice glutinous rice shao mai. Taste close to those from restaurant. Has to eat almost immediately after steaming. Otherwise the top of the skin turns a bit hard.
