So far this is the best frozen cauliflower rice tried! Not so icy (It means it was stored carefully to freezer while it is still fresh). Some other frozen cauliflower rice which i have tried was so icy, the ice is sticked to the cauliflower! So when i thawed or cooked, the granules were wet and saggy. Value for Money:it is pricy
