this model was a little different from what I saw in the shop. the tray at the bottom cannot be removed to clear the crumps so I lay a sheet of foil at the bottom. anyway good buy and easy to use!

Delivery was quite fast considering I had ordered it over the wkend. the size is perfect for my needs n it looks good. haven't used it yet but counter top ovens like this are pretty str8 forward. need to season it first b4 first use - according to manual, need to set on max temp n let it run for 5 mins to clear out the smoke n smell.

Right side of the oven dented thus did a return refund request. Customer service ok, only issue they don't do exchange So only way is return the dented item and purchase new one.

This is a 2 litre toaster oven which is double the size of my current one (same brand). I needed a bigger toaster oven as I roast vegetables and simple meat dishes. This larger capacity is great. I can even bake a cake if I want to. So much more spacious with the height for double racks. And the crumb plate below is removable. There is also a handle provided to pull the racks out. I can also control the temperature. The price is so reasonable too.

Good yet to try put but have been with this brand for a long time last oven gave up after 2 years but overall product is good

Love its much more spacious design compare to an older equivalent volume which broke down within 2-3 years . The separate tray pull tool makes operational sense . Let’s see its durability in a few years.
