Disappointed with the quality. there's a clear mismatch between the material shown in the picture versus what was sent. attachments are plastic and the main frame is quite flimsy. fixing of attachments was another level puzzle!!

Ordered on 3rd Jan and received on 12th Jan. The items were sent sealed but there are scratches and the coating paints peeled off on various parts exposing to rust risk. A slight dent on 1 part. Expandable but the stability of the load bearing diminished when expanded to the max. I don't think it can handle 100kg as described in the pictures. Lightweight and a bit shaky. Shortening it seems to make it more sturdy. Storage space double. Convenient and practical kitchen organizer.

The long awaited item has finally arrived, but to my disappointment, there are missing screws and base stud for the frame to stand on. None of the screw, bottom feet nor wrench could be found inside the box. Need seller to deliver missing items else I cannot use the rack as it cannot stand properly

Bit wobbly, but good enough.\n\nHowever, transparency and updates regarding shipping and delivery could use some serious work. The so called Lightning Express courier that seller is using isn’t as reliable as other sellers. Box also arrived in a really bad condition, wet and with big hole. Product was a bit wet, so had to wipe off. Thankfully no rust and nothing fell out.

Simple rack to create space above microwave oven. Not for fussy buyers as there are some scratches right out of the box but I don’t mind at this price point. Sturdy enough for my use case but need to be careful still since I don’t think it can withstand the heavy weight as shown in the ad listing

The item was well received on time and well wrapped and protected. It is not heavy but sturdy enough when all connections were screwed tight and joined well. The bar has sharp corners which might need cloth or something to cover up the corners. During assembling, found one of the holes of the telescopic rod has difficulty with screwing, the hole was too tight for the screw (tried all the 7 screws provided). There are 3 holes on one side of the 2 side frames. The other side has only 2 holes. Not sure what the additional hole is for. Like it as its length can be adjusted easily and used on any table top of different length.

When I received this, I discovered several defects, so I contacted the seller immediately. the response was swift, and they sent me a replacement for free. \nI also asked them about the 'missing' plastic containers but the seller clarified that the shelf unit does not come with it.
