Redmart designated delivery personnel notified 15 minutes prior to delivery. \nThe kai lan are delivered in \"cool\" state compared to previous instance which was delivered \"warm\" (mostly likely van was parked under hot sun for a long time). \nRedmart packing and delivery teams need to drastically improve their consistency. Last few packing and delivery instances was terrible (everything was delivered warm including frozen items) causing most vegetable and meat to spoilt in just a few days. \nThe kai lan this time round are considered fresh! Like all vegetables, it taste awesome when delivered fresh!!!!
