Redmart designated delivery personnel notified 15 minutes prior to delivery. \nThe asparagus are delivered in \"cool\" state compared to previous instance which was delivered \"warm\" (mostly likely van was parked under hot sun for a long time). \nRedmart packing and delivery teams need to drastically improve their consistency. Last few packing and delivery instances was terrible (everything was delivered warm including frozen items) causing most vegetable and meat to spoilt in just a few days. \nThe asparagus this time round are considered fresh! It is crunchy and tasty when fresh!

I think exactly same supplier as the one i bought in ntuc as packaging is same. Ntuc just put it in another plastic with their name. Very good fine asparagus. Same price als as ntuc, much cheaper than those sold in cold storage

These asparagus are potentially very nice. Taste is nice, cooking of this small variety is very simple. Only often delivered deteriorated. Like not being handled with care, see picture, middle part of asparagus wet and not crisp anymore,

Fresh. Tips a bit bitter, bottom a bit fibrous. Middle part’s the best. Photo shows 2 packets portion.
