Sarangani Bay is the best brand of bangus for me. It’s high quality and no taste of ‘mire’ like the others.

The belly looks thin from outside but its quite thick. In singapore this size of milkfish dont have a lot of belly fats. can smell a bit of the garlic vinegar from outside the package. Taste is same but a bit salty for me even for my friend who eats a lot of salty food. Also, quite expensive but good to try if craving for this
