Taste is too mild (or maybe because the meat is not too fatty). Marinade did not seem to penetrate well into the meat. Used an oven and broiled for final 10mins.\n\nWill try over electric grill next time to see if taste will improve.

Tender and flavorful ribs. Since already marinated, just need bake it. Amount just right for a meal. My son likes it a lot.

i cooked the ribs in pressure cooker for 12mins, seasoning is tasty and meat came off nicely. will buy again

Bought to try for Xmas. It’s the smaller ones in the picture. Taste not as great as what I bought elsewhere. Meat a little tough.\n\nOne thing I noticed, there seems a lot of smaller pieces or even minced meat on the ribs when removed from the pack. Not sure why cos when I remove it, the ribs become bones only very little meat.

I bought the ribs for Christmas dinner because of the good reviews here but they turned out not as good as expected. The ribs were not marinated well or flavorful though the portion was quite big.
