First time trying. But the packaging is different from the one on the online store.

First time bought this from redmart using express delivery. Very disappointed. The package was defrosted totally. Worried that I froze it and cooked it on other days will it turn bad. Will not buy next time.

Items arrived past the designated time, thankfully still frozen despite packed in plastic bag with no ice pack.\nBeef quality is very red and tender. Tried using it to cook beef hor fun and it turns out nice and tender.

my usual buy. best stir fry beef. it's high quality grass fed from Australia. love how thin the slices are. delivery is bad though. beef slices stuck together.

all sticks together in the packaging. by right, this brand has all the meat individually frozen and shouldnt be one chunk. Probably the storage not cool enough during delivery. Managed to tear the meats apart before put into freezer.

love the concept of individually frozen sliced beef and the ziplock bag... but the meat in bag I received was clumped together and I pried apart a few pieces with a knife for stir-frying. there are lean and fatty slices. meat thickness is about 2mm.

Have been ordering from Redmart and so far so good. But this time the sliced beef is not separated into 2 packets which it used to be.

Arrived frozen & indeed it was frozen individually as I can easily separate them. Didn’t weigh it but it does look little but I hope the texture is good cos cheaper than buying from butchery section\n
