stair fried this very quickly in a very hot pan with some bbqi sauce. pepper. lots and lots of pepper\n\nbeef is tender and not sinewy. really good spooned over a bowl of fluffy white rice. \n\nI hate capsicums. but I can imagine that it won't be all bad in this stir fry. \n\nshabu beef! not only for shabu shabu!

I recently went to a teppanyaki restaurant and the fried rice they had with fatty beef was excellent! I’ll try to recreate this with this product

This batch is definitely better than some others we have gotten. Some of the batches sometimes are tough to chew. This is still soft and tender

Very nice shabu shabu, meat is tender and very yummy when eating as hotpot or mookata ingredients. highly recommended. But if u don't like shabu with more fats, than u might not like it.. really depends on individual preference.
