Perfect for extra support. Enhances sleep quality. Unhappy with the delivery because it fails to follow my instructions. I had called in 3 times to reiterate that the item to be handed to me personally, not leaving it at the doorstep. I also requested to deliver it before 5 pm. because I needed to leave home for work on the day of delivery. Lazada customer service executive told me they would tell the delivery man about my request. However, the item was outside the house when I came home from work after 10 pm. It seemed that my request failed to get to the delivery personnel... It caused frustration...

Material:feel that it still too soft for me last time when I bought 1500g not so soft at least can last 2-3 years. But recent year I bought 1500g is way to soft. Durability: less than 1.5yrs need to change another bolster must as well buy the bamboo type Comfort: soft and good for the first 1yr

Got this for $20 off the retail price in stores, during 12.12 sales. I love this bolster as I already have one, but my wife stole it from me because its so comfortable.
