Very responsive seller customer service. Fast delivery and vacuum are not too heavy for ladies, though heavier than my previous OHM. More powerful suction, but as with other users, the suction seems to be more in the middle. Need to change brush to reach corners. Bought the dust mite brush, and it's good for mattress and sofa. Overall, good value buy

ordered on 12th December n delivered to me on 14th December. Tested working well suction is fast and good but is noisy like most vacuum cleaner except irobot .Purchase additional vacuum accessories for different cleaning needs.

Item received in good condition. Bought this separately as it doesn't come with the main vacuum cleaner, which was a disappointment as it came together with the previous model I bought. Functions as advertised and expected. it would be perfect if the roller doesn't trap the thread from the mattress after usage, and not easy to remove, which should be improved from the previous model I had (Hypersonic). Overall satisfied with the purchase.

The result is spectacular. First time use mite brush and i cant believe my eyes on what have suck out from my bed. Definitely a good buy on this if you have Airbot supersonic.

Suction is powerful, able to remove hair and dust. The parts are not that easy to set up, doesn’t click as smoothly as the D brand, but it’s good enough for the price.

Tried this on my mattress and shocked to see how much “powder” it sucked out. However, the brush seem to get stuck and stop moving every now and then. Can I check with seller if it’s damage or normal for this to happen.
