Easy to use! Very fast in thawing bread from freezer. Good for slim slices of bread. Not for thick toast type. Love how it has a cover to keep it clean & dust free when not in use. Compact n does not take up much space :)) awesome to have a removable crumb

I will not recommend this product. At level 2 of the know, tje bread can be burned and you dont get crispy toast. End product - toast is soft n burnt

Toaster arrived soon after ordering. Box Well-wrapped in plastic. Has gtee card with 1 ye gtee. Happy to see it has a lid. Tested and seems to be working.
