The item shows as delivered but never received the item. No follow up from merchant or Lazada.\n\nLooks more like a con artist seller.\n\nAbsolute fraud. Beginning to suspect Lazada platform who do not validate sellers / merchants although payment is taken from consumers.\n\nBest to seek other platforms but powerpac brand shop is a con job.

Come on guys, those saying it's a scam doesn't know that you have to pay using climate vouchers. In which world sells you 10 cents for a turbine fan? Please check and clarify before u buy, don't be cheapo complaining why you didn't get your fan when u buy it at 10cents. People open business not doing charity.

Delivery service need to be improved.Bulky or big ticket item must be handled and coordinated properly at least by notifying owner prior to delivery and NOT just leave the item outside the house! Who is going to bear responsibilty if a left out item is being stolen outside the house!
