Deliver on time.\ntake note that the delivery guy will leave the item outside your door and left without knocking on your door to see if someone is at home.

LOVE IT!! It's one of the few brands that doesn't give me UTI. Scent is a bit strong but doesn't cause itching so not an issue. Repeat purchase

The item was well packed and the delivery was very prompt. The quality and softness was great. Will definitely buy again.

My chosen delivery time slot is 12pm - 2pm. When I open the door at 11.45am, it is already nicely stacked up on the door stairs. The quality of the toilet rolls is not bad, quite soft and the smoothness is acceptable. The toilet rolls smells more of charcoal than floral but it did clear the odour of the toilet.

Soft and durable, Charcoal infusion is a game changer, No more unpleasant odors,

First time buying this brand for toilet rolls. If good, will likely reorder when on offer.
