I have bone fracture so I chose ‘leave at door’ option for delivery. I was alone at home, family went out when delivery came. The delivery man keeps knocking on the door loudly and insist me to go to the door to sign for confirmation on his phone. WTH! What’s the point then! It gave me so much pain to get up and transfer myself to the wheelchair.
