Packaging is compact, easy to set up. Can fit many things, height is slightly taller than a A4 ring file, length is also sightly bigger than A4 ring file (reference guide). has a weird smell but airing it would be fine in every case, sprayed some febreez also.

The material texture is very good. After packed all the things inside the box, can still sit very comfortable on it. Thank you.

Shipped without protection, fabric torn around one of the edges ... strong odour (hope it will go away after few days) ... size and colour true to pictures shown ... seems sturdy ... hope can last longer ...

Bought 2. 1 of them packaging was damaged when received, so fabric of the seat that was exposed was damaged probably through rubbing against other surfaces. 2 sides had damages. Top of ottoman also was compressed due to pressure of perhaps other things stacked on top of it during delivery. 2nd piece was fine. Overall I have to say it's heavier and sturdier than I expected. Can definitely take the weight of an adult. Wish it was packed better though so as to avoid the damaged fabric.

Received in good condition. The size is just nice for the space at my doorway. Colour is brown not grey, doesn't matter, I like this colour too. The lip is solid. The box is quite solid too. Worth buying.

Super useful as a storage and a small seat for my guests. Although there’s a bit of smell even after two days of airing and it might get a bit squashed after sitting for long, it’s still worth it for the price and functionality

It was not wrapped in plastic like the other photos. So there's a little tear on the fabric. The colour is supposed to be grey but it has a brownish tint to it, it is off. Not recommended if you have a lot of grey fabric at home. This one wouldn't fit in.
