Received item 5 days after ordered. Average local delivery period. Item was packed in poly mailer and received in good condition. Comes partially charged. Tested it and it's working fine. Wireless charging is quite slow about 2hrs plus but wired charging using the given cable is super fast about 1hr. Satisfied with purchase! Got at a good price with vouchers too!

Order on Thursday 1 phone case and 1 power bank both from Ugreen store , phone case receive on Next day Friday, Power bank on Saturday. Wondering why not delivery together.\nThe Power bank look and feel great.\nBut the packaging don’t have bubble wrap in it.\nThe original box look fine.

very nice product. wireless fast charging and super fast charging with cable. with cable is super fast charging and not super fast charging 2.0. I use this to charge my S25 Ultra, I have a magsafe case. it can also charge without the case, but not magnetic. with the magsafe case, the charger stays on the phone. im using a torras case.
