Came in a well sealed vacuumed bag. The pillow material is very soft and the cover material is soft and cooling. It is a pack of cushion and cover. Haven’t tried to wash it yet. Can’t wait to let the baby try it.

Especially not fluffed and long enough if your head tend to drop for side sleeping.\nNice that the washing directions are printed on a separate card packed inside the package and also printed on both the pillow cover and pillow itself.\nBought the grey version, inside is grey as well.
