Product is good only problem lies with the delivery..came in an hr half earlier without informing..all frozen , ice cream & milk not even chill at all.Redmart really need to get this sort out

Schedule 7-9pm for delivery as no one is home but delivery came at 5.37pm (according to my door camera). left my cold stuff outside my door till I came home at 7.30pm. He place 2 \"ice water\" pad which already melt to cold water when I reach home. Chocolate already soft and bending. Cheese stick also very soft and it is intending for my baby. Terrible.

First purchase from Redmart. Rather disappointed that the delivery came with missing items. Not 1 but 3 ☹️

repeated purchase, good can buy. same price as others minus carrying it home myself

Items well received. Packed nicely. Very fast delivery. Will buy again!

Today’s delivery was very good. No broken eggs and no flattened bread. Items were well-packed and placed outside my house, and there were no missing items. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Frozen Product was left outside the door without even ringing the doorbell. Redmart should ensure that delivery is done properly

The best delivery experience I have so far with RedMart is today. \n\nNo wrong items, no missing items, no last minute cancellations. Items are also well packed this time. I have bought only food items this time to avoid delivery errors when I bought both food and non-food items previously. Hopefully, RedMart can improve on this issue as I am still afraid to add non-food items in one order.\n\nBut today has been a great improvement from previous deliveries. Pls keep it up. Thanks.
