First-time purchase. I've used it for several days I think it's quite premature to make any bold claims about its effectiveness although I feel my skin is not dried out by it. Doesn't lather very well so you have to test out how much product you need to clean effectively. Skin still itched after serval washes but reduced after using it.

Was disappointed in previous order, cause seller did not delivery the product and system auto cancelled the purchase. This time round, the items came within 2 days from order.
