Unfortunately received a defective bidet hose that was leaking water. Days later the rubber hose inside ballooned and bulged out from the silver hose like a cancer. Disappointed with quality. Only redeeming quality was the local Seller was quick to act and sent a better quality replacement hose.

Item was delivered via normal mail and was received a couple of days after ordering. I initially had problem fitting the shower head and contacted the seller via chat in Lazada. Kudos to the seller for prompt replies and follow up and offered to take back the item when problem could not be solved. In the end I managed to switch the hose to another shower head that fits and solved the problem. Take note the joint of the hose might not fit certain models of shower head.

Faced a bit of problem at the spray side rather at the pipe. Pipe side can secure with the Teflon tape. \nWith Teflon tape and supplied seal, spray side still leaks. However putting extra rubber seal (means 2 seals), help to reduce the leakage to small drip. Now, after use, turn the valve off.. confirm no leakage 😅 no need to worry about drips

1.4m was shorter than I expected 😅 definitely recommend to get the 2m one for shower..!! installation guide says to use PVC cement before installing, would be nice if the package came with one...

Hose doesn't come with rubber gaskets. The impedence is also higher than my previous hose, resulting in greater drop in water pressure. Otherwise, delivery is quick.

Delivered quickly and but ordered 1.2m yet got slightly less than that. Though I am ok, why advertise 1.2m but short changed the buyer?

Good quality product but its missing the 2 rubber washers that most other pipes include. Without them, even using the plumbing white tapes (as suggested) it still leaks. I had to purchase separately the washers to fix it.

Ordered on 28 Jun, received on 2 Jul in the letter box. Paid $3.29 (after Lazada discount voucher of $1). Cheaper than those sold in hardware shops. There was no leak after testing the water hose. However, the length was about 115-116cm, out by 4%.
