We have yet to taste the kimchi but will buy again if they are delicious and good offers. It looks fresh although the packing is not so presentable as it was only placed in a white plastic bag and there was some wetness and it may be the kimchi sauce.

⏱️Freshness: The texture was great too. The cabbage leaves were still crisp and firm, not soggy or overly wilted. You could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. The seasoning was well-balanced: spicy but not too aggressive, slightly sweet, and full of that deep, savory flavor from the garlic and chili flakes. Every bite had a satisfying crunch that made me want to keep eating. \nI loved that it tasted homemade rather than overly processed. There were no strange aftertastes or bitterness, and the fermentation level was just right—not too new, not too sour. It paired perfectly with rice, noodles, and even simple fried eggs. I also used some to make kimchi fried rice, and the flavor came out amazing.

Kimchi seems to be leaking. Not sealed. The top has been secured with a metal clip and plastic fastener???

Packaging seems ok. Bought 2 packets. The vegetables if can be more crispy will be better. Nevertheless it was ok. Still have one more packet. \n

Punctual delivery and items received in good condition. First time buying 1kg packet and did not know that it’s unsealed design. A bit of Kimchi sauce leaked from the opening. Besides, I found it more salty than the 500g tube. So I prefer the sealed 500g tube (less salty and probably more hygiene) despite 1kg is a better deal.

Delivery very fast, within 3days after ordering, expire date till 17Sep 2022, well done from the seller.\nHave yet to try if this is good.

Repeated purchase. Expiry Nov 2026. Indeed prefer the container type for food safety and hygiene because this 1kg package is not sealed. However, good deals, so repeated purchase. Found this large 1kg package is more salty than the 500g plastic containers somehow.

😋Taste: good for cooking jjigae but the cabbage is a bit old/hard. Wish it comes with softer stems. \nCan make about 3 times of stew for 2 ppl.\n\nCame in cooler bag

Favourite kimchi brand. Crunchy and tart kimchi; had more stem than leaf parts. Good for frying/ stew/ soups. Some pieces had black spots, but apparently it’s quite normal?

Very nice kimchi that I have been introduced to. Not too sour, nice crunch and adds a good zest to the meals

This packet of kimchi obviously had been left in the heat for some time, perhaps it was old stock or returned goods, you can clearly see the bag is distended as the kimchi had further fermented in the bag and is now very sour.

Impressed by the freshness and texture constantly, doesn’t have that fishy fatty smell, marinated and Perfectly sliced for convenience. I just opened and enjoy but please buy those clips because as the products get more marinated it’s very pungent from the chilli to the vinegar used.its sold out quickly so my latest batch is 2027
