The packed stated peeled and deveined. However in reality the prawns were not ‘deveined’! Is this false advertising?

Bought umpteen times to stock up for last min cooking. Usually i slice it into 2 and pan fry slightly before adding on to the main. Crispy and no gamey taste. This time stock up big back preparing for cny. Individual frozen and prawn are still curled to show its freshly frozen
