Have to take half an hour before food and only is effective when you take oily food or after a heavy meal. Not effective when you have a light meal.\n \nOverall is good in detoxification.

It help relief constipation. One sachet 3-4 hrs before you have the feeling to go washroom. It is not diarrhea but the feeling to detox. Taste quite sweet for me, I usually mix with 200ml of water with one sachet.
