Delivery is fast over 2 days, probably because its a local vendor. The item is very basic and easy to setup without referring to the user guide. Kudo to the labeled packaging to make setup a brief if you do opt to use the guide. Some tuning needs to be done as it depend on the weight of its LCD.

simple cheap monitor arm, bought it to hold my tablet. have to buy a separate tablet vesa mount

I really like how they have separately pack the screws and labelling them. Clear instructions on how to assemble is provided. If the plastic protective plate was made in such a way to fix it to the stand it would have been outstanding. Attractively priced, why buy something more expensive? Finally completed my mobile workstation.

fast delivery. easy assembly. looks and feels sturdy for my 27\". the arm rotates nicely as well. the only downside is that you see the \"claw mounts\" at the top of the screen. highly recommend if you have a monitor without vesa holes but want to mount them

Takes a while to understand the instructions to assemble. Best is to see the product video along with the leaflet that comes with it. Adjust the nut on the arm elbow (as instructed in manual) to make gas spring work according to the weight of your monitor. It works after placing the monitor..

very happy with product. item was received 2 days after order. solid setup. easy enough to set up. instructions were simple enough to follow. all the required tools are packed up nicely.\n\nside note. before removing velcro, make sure there isn't anything fragile around. it springs open when velcro is opened up.\n\nam recommending to friends.

My monitor model is prism+ x270 240hz and do note that I require vesa spacers for my monitor. \n\nHowever, i still kept the original packaging of my monitor and prism do provide the vesa spacers for you if you need. \n\nIf happen to have the same model as mine do take note. Other than that easy and fast installstion. Great product.

this is a very good quality product. from packaging, delivery and the actual product. assembly is relatively easy, and if the monitor does not have the 4 screws bracket option, just get the bracket.

appeared a little firm and complicated at first. had all necessary parts and tools well compartmentalised. followed the instructions and it was easy. saved substantial desk space when monitor is installed on it. easier to clean desk too. good value.

it's quite sturdy and can support my heavy monitor, though the clamp wasn't suitable with my table, but I didn't read the dimensions properly before so my own issue. I am still keeping it so I can use with new table. the tilt, extention and turning works smoothly.

The monitor arm is really sturdy. I'm using it to mount a Graphic drawing Tablet of around 7kg. Handles it well enough and I will be using it for quite a long time. Highly recommended for it's usability and price.
