The Dibea vacuum works very well. Suction is strong enough even with the low and medium suction modes. Easy to Maneuver and reach places such as under the sofa and bed. The light on the vacuum head makes detection of the dirt, hair on the floor easier to see. Bought this during 10.10 flash sale at a good price. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Went through the details and decided to get this better speced vacuum and we are not disappointed! Previously we always remove the bristle brush but this model brush is short bristles and like carpet, finally we can use it without worrying of hair get stuck in the brush! Suction is fantastic too! Product quality seems very good for the price paid - At almost full charge and medium power (3 modes), I took my time to vacuum all floor areas of my 5-room flat in about 25 min and still have 1 dot left (max 3 dots at full charge). Delivery took quite a long while as item was a pre-order. Vacuum cleaner came well-packed and it's a little on the heavy side. Tested, suction works fine. Hopefully it can last well like my previous Dibea C18.

Previously, I was using D18 for about a few months, the most a year. The button for the dustbin cracked when it dropped on the floor as the hook was not able to the weight of the vacuum. So I got to use tape to tape the dustbin every time I clear the dust. After that, the motor spoilt. Dibea cs said will ask the warehouse when the battery got stocks, but there was no reply from the cs. So I decided to get a new vacuum as I could not wait any longer. Wanted to change to other brands, as D18 doesn't last me even a year. But I husband love Dibea vacuum, so we decided to upgrade to F20 max, hopefully it will not spoil so easily like D18. Most of the things are the same as D18, except the speed, you are able to free the difference, F20 max has stronger suction. Overall, I'm still happy with the purchase. This time, I decided to get the stands instead of using the hook.

The new model weighs lighter than F20 Max and smaller in size too. But my mum still prefer the current F20 Max model that she’s using now. Otherwise overall, all is good.
