When I contacted customer service, they asked for a video to prove it was a quality issue and said they'd send a replacement lid. However, they ended up sending a deformed trash can instead, and the lid was still missing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially during the festive season. I'm just sharing this honest review for everyone to see, without the intention of removing my rating.
