Bought during 11/11 and received on 16/11. I was expected an earlier date for delivery. Also bought the Essence of Chicken American Ginseng (bundle deal) but did not received the Tefal free gift. Only given 2 bottles of chicken essence. Rather disappointed as 1st time trying to buy using this platform.

Product is great. However, delivery did not even knock on the door to get us to receive the goods. Delivery by Qxpress_SG was made at around 11.30am. Box was just left outside the door on the corridor even though there were people in the house. What if the box had been taken by others and gone missing?

Happy with the price. However is unhappy with the delivery. They left the goods in the riser without informing me. No update whatever so that good was delivered. Only when I saw in the Lazada apps that goods already delivered. Then I found it in the riser.
