Zip-lock is convenient. however need to check the packaging as more than one time the packaging is torn. I purchased two bags and both packaging were damaged with holes. \n\nsince this is an online purchase you can't really check before you purchase, sofa food safety please check through all your packaging when it first arrived. \n\nI had to throw one bag away and get a refund due to the big hole in the package. I wonder how it was packed during the handling....
