I find it more suitable to my hearing as compared to my current airpod pro - it has more clarity in terms of the ‘punch’ for the bass while retaining the treble. However the sound quality seemed to differ for my varying versions of iPhones when doing a comparison with the Apple iPod Pros; the airpod seemed clearer for ver 8.0 and older iPads. Nonetheless, the airpod Pro’s bass has always been quite muffled…. my two cents’ worth.. 😛

This is export set so can only rely on seller warranty (cannot reg on Sony SG). The box is a bit grey/dirty, maybe is due to the black packaging that wrap the box. The using experience is good afterall this is SONY!

As a WF-1000xm3 user I'm honestly amazed how much smaller they've made the case and earbuds for WF-1000xm5. The plugs this time are soft and very very comfortable too. Sound is very clear and I use it on bass boost mode. Latency is almost imperceptible even when not used in gaming mode. Although I've experienced better sound separation and boost on other cheaper wired earbuds... as far as Bluetooth buds go, I don't think I've experienced better. Airpods are nothing compared to this.\n 🎧Sound Quality:9/10\n 🔋Battery Life:10/10\n 🎧Comfort:10/10

Order during 12.12 sales and arrived on 14.12. Item is Sony authentic product. 1-YR Online warrant by E-NATION website (earphones.sg). Come with Sony's 360 Reality Audio free trial coupon. I used it on Tidal Music Streaming apps. E-Nation is a credible Lazada merchant.

Ordered on 10.10 and received it 3 days later! So glad to get my hands on this. It's scary how silent things around you get when you put them on with noise cancelling on. This store sells cheaper than other stores so it's worth it 👍

Received and tried right away, it came with 20%+ battery capacity. Very easy to pair with my phone, sounds OK using ambiance mode, haven’t tried noise cancelling. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit on me. Too BIG, its like hanging outside my ears. Maybe due to the size of ears, is this came with size? I will use much smaller size earphones if possible. Unfortunately i am not aware. Should just buy an airpod which definitely fit on my ears. This sony might fall if walk faster :(. Can’t see the luxury.
