This toy has its twists and turns. First, there was an issue with it being misplaced, and after reaching out, I was told there were delays. Eventually, I received a new one. Upon inspection, I noticed the craftsmanship seemed a bit rough; the stitching on the ears was loose right away. The back had visible stitching, which gave it an odd look. However, the customer service assured me that this was normal, even though I was curious about other options. It left me a bit uncertain about letting my dog play with it.
