I've always been a fan of this store's products, but this one is disappointing. It's frustrating how such great material was used on a shirt with such a terrible cuff. The cuffs ruined an otherwise great shirt, making it uncomfortable to wear. I hope you reconsider this design and offer a replacement if you care about customer satisfaction. Your products are usually known for their quality and comfort, but this one failed on that front. I'm not complaining for the sake of it; I'm genuinely concerned for your brand. Please test products thoroughly before selling them.
