A friend brought this for me and I was a bit disappointed. Here are the issues: 1) The silicone cover is quite tight, making it hard to get the neck pillow back in after deflating it. No matter how much you squeeze, it tends to pop out, especially since it's hard to get it as flat as when it was new, taking about 5 minutes to put back. 2) The U-shape of the neck pillow is too narrow and presses on the neck arteries. I'm a 164cm, 50kg woman with a normal body type, and it feels uncomfortable after a while. 3) The zipper on the cover sticks out and can snag hair or scratch. 4) It's nearly impossible to use the pillow on a desk for a nap; it's too thin to securely rest your head without slipping. 5) The strap meant for attaching to luggage slips off easily.

Very ingenious design, a very good travel companion with the casing and inflate with the pouch!! The fabric is soft and the delivery is fast ! Perfect for travel, steongly recommend , value for money!!

Compact and portable. the package holding the pillow was open, not seal when I unpack from package. \n 👌Ease of Use:pump it and it become a neck pillow. press the hole to deflate. Hopefully comfortable to use. the cover might not be easy to wash as it is glue to the material inside.

Just tried it out, inflating is super easy and deflating is a breeze too. It can be stored to the size of your palm. The silicone casing is a bit heavy, but it's still more portable than other non-inflatable options.

My girlfriend thought it was okay and got one from the outlet to compare; turns out clean pillows look different. The brand's flagship store is really missing the mark here. The first photo is from this store, the second is from the outlet, and the third shows the different packaging. The outlet packaging even has a return/exchange notice, proving my point.

The design idea is quite good, but in actual use, it's not practical. The air leaks quickly, and after pumping, it deflates in no time. It was intended for use in Xinjiang, but ended up needing constant inflation throughout the day.

This inflatable pillow is pretty fun to use and easy to carry around. Bought two of them.

I first noticed that this product has some design issues. When traveling by plane, it can be uncomfortable around the neck and makes your head lean forward. Also, the little card that came with the package offers a raffle, but the marketing strategy is not genuine since it requires buying items from a specific section, which feels misleading. Overall, I'm disappointed with this and won't be purchasing from them again. Be cautious and don't fall for these tactics.
