I had a shopping experience that didn't quite meet my expectations, and I suggest considering your options carefully before purchasing here. The item I received didn't match the images I saw, and I found it to be quite rough in quality. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed about the return policy but didn't feel any empathy for my situation. Time was also a factor for me, as I needed to find alternatives quickly. It’s worth being aware of how this experience felt, and I would recommend exploring other options to ensure satisfaction.

The quality is pretty good, but I didn’t expect the bow and the number 9 to be separate. The customer service said just to stick them on, but it was a bit tricky to get them lined up right. It’s a little bit of a hassle, but I’ll just leave it like that for now.
