Just received my package today. Yet to use, hopefully the filters are not damaged inside, although the box is bubble wrapped. The price is slightly cheaper than the previous time that I had bought.

Fast delivery, only took about 3 working days to receive the order via letterbox. Box was slightly dented though it was wrapped with labelling “fragile, handle with care”. The filters inside the box were intact. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Compatibility: I have a mistral jug at home and it’s totally compatible. Too bad I didn’t know that before I bought this Mayer jug. Ease of Installation: actually the filter is a bit hard to install compared to novita but procedure I’ll go for this. Durability: supposed to be one month each.

Listing clearly said 6 in 1 box but I got 6 individually wrapped filters in a polymailer bag? Very hard to store at home this way. Used to buy the 60 day filters but now there are only these ones. Wish they would bring the 60 day ones back

was surprised and disappointed that the product was delivered without a box, the six filters were loosely packed into a bag, without any protection or reinforcement, can't open each pack to check, as it will destroy the seal, hope seller will take into consideration, to at least use some bubble wrap to protect the products.

Delivery was fast by Speedpost. They did not come in a box of 6 but were loosely packed. Wonder if are genuine products.
