I got the little green pot. At home, I used to have a small Thomas stainless steel pot, but it wasn't big enough to cook instant noodles with lots of veggies, and you had to use more oil to fry an egg in it. So I got this green one for cooking with less oil. I tried frying an egg with just a little chili oil, and it didn't stick at all. But this egg won't be as crispy as those fried in an iron skillet. I also fried some veggies with the egg, no problem at all. I only added one packet of instant noodles, and the water level was about halfway up the pot. This will be my go-to lazy instant noodle pot now. Really happy with it so far, and I'll check on the interior wear after six months to update my review.
