Reviews GIANXI | High-Heat Resistant Glass Cold Water Jug – Real User Experiences

You can tell this kettle is well-made; the smooth edges are gentle on the hands, and it comes with a plastic protective base for safe placement. The handle is insulated, so no worries about getting burned. The pink color looks quite elegant. I haven't used it yet, but the wide mouth seems like it will be easy to clean.

Don't buy it, the lid is too loose to use properly. After filling just half a pot with water, the lid falls off when pouring. Customer service insists it's not too tight, acting like they can fix it remotely. Why be so stubborn?

It's really nice, with a lovely soft pink color, and it holds up well to heat.
