I bought two large packs and when I opened the new one, it had some dirt on it. I contacted the customer service, who told me to check if the others were dirty. I opened a different color but it wasn't noticeable. The dirt is more obvious on the white one. I wanted to return it because it should be clean and sterile, but they said opened packages can't be returned. I returned the unopened pack and kept the opened one to review.
