As a seasoned buyer of this brand, I just wanted to share my experience. I found that opening the products has been a bit tricky lately; it feels like they might have some inconsistencies in quality. It was surprising since I usually have high expectations. I'm curious to see how they address this going forward!

I really didn't want to give even one star. I placed an order on the 12th and by the 18th it hadn't arrived, so I contacted customer service. By the 21st, the delivery still hadn't arrived, so I contacted them again to send it quickly. Instead, the seller returned the package halfway through and didn't resend it or refund me. In October, when I asked, they finally asked if I wanted a reshipment or a refund. What's this? If I don't ask, they just ignore it and don't ship or refund? Switching between so many customer service reps didn't solve the issue, and this kind of service was quite an experience for me.

Ordered four boxes of tissues on September 12, but only received three. They refunded or offered to resend when I asked about it in October.

Absorbency: okay, Softness: okay, Toughness: not great, Thickness: thin, Material: quite flimsy. The paper feels really light, and it's pretty thin with only 90 sheets in the pack. Not the best value for the experience.

It's not 4 layers, it's 2 layers, and it feels noticeably thinner than what I bought before.

The main image is misleading; I've purchased this three times and while it says 360 sheets, it’s really just 90. The so-called four layers are combined into one sheet. I'm curious about what 360 sheets actually means in this context. It's clearly misleading for consumers, and it's hard to understand how one would use one sheet as four. I feel disappointed with each purchase but have decided to keep using it. While it may be partly my oversight, the way the main image presents the product is certainly frustrating. I probably won’t buy it again, as it doesn’t feel authentic, and I have noticed a decline in quality.
