I ordered a heating rod on September 23, 2025, trusting this store as a regular customer. When I received the product, it showed a production date of December 2023. After discussions, the store agreed to exchange it, but the new product had a certificate from January 2024. Moreover, the heating rod packaging was open, and the rod itself hadn't been changed; only the certificate was replaced. It took over 10 days, and my fish were nearly frozen.
