It offers a small-cost solution to a big problem. The minor issues are that the details are just average, with some loose threads. It's best to have two people install it, as the mesh can be uneven. One person should hold it while the other sticks it to the wall. Doing it alone, like I did, made it feel not so smooth. The breathability is average, but I chose it for its sturdiness and insect-proofing, not maximum breathability.
