If you're considering buying, be prepared for products that might have defects. The brand is overpriced.

Don't buy from here! They have serious integrity issues. When you return items, they make you prove it yourself! I bought two silicone mats that didn't fit, sent them back, and customer service claimed they only received one, even though I had an unboxing video as proof. The video was clearly problematic: 1. I used a brand new box for the return, but in the video, the box was broken at the inside flap; 2. I wrapped the two mats in a bubble tea bag, which was missing in the video, so the unboxing was definitely filmed later. I questioned them, suggesting the warehouse might have lost one. Customer service didn't bother looking and kept saying it wasn't their problem, telling me to solve it with the courier myself. I couldn't reach the courier, but got the weight information: 0.25kg, half a kilo, proving I sent back two mats, because one mat and a box couldn't weigh half a kilo! After I demanded a weight check, they admitted finding the missing mat and finally accepted my return.

Really great, I definitely need to get the 3-function mold. This time I switched out my 28 baking tray for the 3-function one. I'm pretty much all set now.
