Picture one and three show what happened after checking the luggage on a flight. Picture two shows a dent from bumping into a wall while pushing it around. Picture four is even more extreme; it was empty when it fell and hit a stone wall, leaving a mark. The customer service said the suitcase is \\\"delicate,\\\" but I've never seen a suitcase get such big marks from little bumps before. Think about how much this matters to you before buying it.
