I have the U-shaped and H-shaped dual-use version, which is very cost-effective. The U shape provides support for my belly and lower back, making it easy to turn over with good support. When I want to prop my legs up, I switch to the H shape, placing the pillow between my thighs while lying on my side. This helps relieve pubic pain, and the width is adjustable. The pillowcase is easy to remove and wash. Since using this, my back and waist pain have significantly decreased, giving me a great sense of comfort and security, especially as my belly gets heavier. Turning over used to be a struggle without it.
