Since I hadn't opened what I bought, I applied for a refund. Just as I did, the platform agreed to the price adjustment, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and repurchasing. I requested a 15 currency units price difference refund, but customer service would only offer 10. Though I could save 18 by refunding and repurchasing, I wasn't bothered about the small difference. Eventually, the platform agreed, and things were resolved.

Highly recommended, after using it tonight, the clothes smell fantastic and are wrinkle-free. The fabric softener that comes with it is also great... absolutely love it.

Didn't get the expected scent, washed three loads and no fragrance. First time with 8kg of clothes used a full cap, second/third times with only 4kg added a full cap and still no scent, not sure what went wrong.

I've bought this laundry detergent countless times. After using it in the washing machine, clothes don't have much of a smell. But when handwashing, they do retain a bit of fragrance, so I guess handwashing doesn't get clothes as clean as the machine does.

After wearing them, my colleagues instinctively cover their noses. Such a big bottle, where's the sandalwood scent!
